This project is a fantasy about the past, in which the archetypal symbol of fertility - the Paleolithic Venus - is combined with the world of extinct dinosaurs. For modern people, this is a wild echo of some ancient myth about how the world emerges from rough generalized forms.

Exhibited at International Festival of Contemporary Art DOCA-2024, IGUMO, Moscow
At the exhibition were presented the sketches and other work materials with images of various Paleolithic venus. There were also 3 sketches with heights of 10, 21 and 29 cm (ceramics, chamotte, engobes, pigments, glazes, multiple firing, watercolor, wire).
The largest object was made in the same technique, 71cm high, and a ceramic crown was suspended above it on fishing lines.

The Paleolithic Venus holds a dinosaur from Jean-Michel Basquiat’s works in her hands. Primitive and brutal, these images in the author’s interpretation unexpectedly belong to a common reality, as if they could have existed simultaneously in the depths of primitive consciousness as a symbol of the beginning of life
